Do you want to be a heretic?

“Heretics look at the status quo and say, ‘This will not stand. I can’t abide this status quo. I am willing to stand up and be counted and move things forward.’”
Instead of sitting still, following the rules, like a sheep, you have to stand up and say, “Not me! Don’t count on me anymore, I want this to change.” What you need is a few people who look at the rules, see that they make no sense, and discover that they need to be connected. And creating a way to connect with each other, that is leadership.
That is creating a tribe.
