This is a quick note about several things:

  • What good news about the technological neutrality bill being approved in the Senate’s transport and telecommunications committee. That does not mean it is law yet.

  • I do not know if it happens to you, but this kind of news always throws me off, because it is badly reported. You are always left wondering: “did law X get passed?”, “but wait, hadn’t they passed it already?”, and the worst part is that when the law is finally enacted, nobody reports it! (or it gets reduced to a note in a corner). It also happens that a law that was taken as passed ends up rejected, or goes to a joint committee, or ends up as something completely different. Oh well.

    • “Tugar.cl”:http://www.tugar.cl/ is a spectacular application! Well, I really like what I have seen and the potential it has. Congratulations to its creators, that is innovation. Innovation does not mean creating something new or totally original. Many times, by integrating two or more features that already exist you can create a new product, a composition of things, and the result is greater than the sum of its parts (via Huasonic).

    • This blog has its spot on Twitter, and has for a while actually, but I had not told you officially. Do not expect great things. It is almost always random ramblings, some link I stumble on, and I post very rarely, but I think several of you who read the blog did not know about it.
