The fabulous robot Arturito

“Its inventor, Manuel Salinas Encina, has said he was doing a graduate degree in Economics in Cologne, Germany, when he found a book with “the unfinished formulas of the American physicist Robert Oppenheimer”, the same man who led the Manhattan Project, which culminated in the explosion of the Hiroshima bomb. They were about atomic fission.

The formulas obsessed him. After 10 years he managed to solve them. He came back to develop applications, one of which was the ultra-famous robot. He built it together with the security company Wagner, headed by his friend and schoolmate, former detective Gabriel Vargas.

The device is what Salinas has described on various occasions as a 15-centimeter nuclear reactor, an eco-radar, an antiplasma source… in other words, an advance beyond any current technology.”

How about that, an antiplasma source!

Can somebody explain to me what antiplasma is?

What are Oppenheimer’s unfinished formulas?

Many say that if the treasure is found, that demonstrates the effectiveness of the robot Arturito (the Spanish nickname for R2-D2).
If the treasure is found it proves nothing. What should happen is that the robot gets certified by scientists with controlled experiments; until then, the robot looks like one big fraud.

To finish, I’m going to include a quote from the inventor in which he explains why he doesn’t need a license from the Chilean Nuclear Energy Commission, because to operate the robot he doesn’t use radioactive sources, but rather:

“On the contrary he adds, it is the nonlinear integration of the basic unit of the conformation of life as it is known; therefore, and in the merely functional and explanatory concept, I specify that our unit is the integration of highly sophisticated electronic components capable of deciphering the unanimity equation within chaos theory in the context of an integral raised to the radical exponential, based on the conformation of the species, just as they are known after 20,000 years of assisted evolution”.

Can somebody explain to me what this pseudoscientific jargon means?

For the curious, El Mercurio’s site has this blueprint of Arturito’s innards:
