Lars Armstrong accused of doping 6 years later!

The news story says Armstrong allegedly used banned drugs in the 1999 Tour de France.

As Bruce Schneier rightly points out, the extraordinary part is that the sample was taken in 1999, and the analysis done in 2005!!

Will athletes have to store their own urine samples for years to protect themselves from future investigations and tests!???
