Is MPPCDV running out of air on us?
Could it be behaving like the 10Mega plan from VTR?

I proposed that the solution be special loans to buy whatever PC you want, with the configuration you care about and the operating system you want, but buying from the small and medium-sized businesses that are in this line of work. Couldn’t Banco Estado, or CORFO, the state development agency, make this possible?

That would level things out, because small businesses don’t have the financial muscle to offer credit the way the big department stores do.
I believe the positive effect this would have on our economy would be much greater than the big stores clearing out their inventory.

It’s a concrete idea. Maybe it can’t be done, but we need more things along those lines. Hanging posters or wearing T-shirts amounts to nothing more than snobbery with little effect.
